Video Expert

Video Expert is a handy solution for insurance customers that want to have their claimed damages assessed and evaluated by their insurance company using their iPhone.

The customer just needs to start the app and enter the claim ID he/she received from the insurance company. The app will then directly start the camera of the device so that the customer can comfortably film the damage. The stream is being transferred live to the insurance company, where an insurance operator is able to watch it.

Once the damage is completely filmed, the assessment session can be ended by simply clicking the appropriate button on the screen.
